Payments can be made by credit card and debit card using our PayPal secure server, or by personal cheque, or postal order.

If paying by personal cheque or postal order, please make the cheque/[postal order, payable to Buffalo Media and send your payment to Buffalo Media, PO Box 207, Bala, Gwynedd, LL23 9AE.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 days of your payment clearing our bank account.

Orders will be sent by first class insured post and will require a signature on delivery.

If the package arrives in poor condition and your order is damaged, please contact customer services immediately using the form on our contact page.
